Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser etc. ist alles mehrfac.. Die Ferienwohnung ist mehr als voll ausgestattet. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser etc. ist alles mehrfach vorhanden. In beiden Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer ist jeweils ein Fernseher vorhanden. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ländlich und ruhig, trotz einer viel befahrenen Straße. Der Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke. Bis nach Wyk rein ist es auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine Haushälfte mit eingefriedetem (Friesenwall mit Heckenrosen), nur bedingt einsehbarem Grundstück, in ruhiger Lage im Ortsteil Wrixum. Im Gartenbereich befindet sich ein Gartenhaus mir div. Gartenmöbel, Sitzauflagen, zusätzlichem Kühlschrank, Grill und Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Da das Grundstück eingefriedet ist, eignet es sich sehr gut für die "Fellnasen". Nachbarn sind "Einheimische" und sehr hilfsbereit. Wyk und Oevenum erreicht man mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten. Ein schönes Feriendomizil, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt. Mit dem Vermieter hatte wir keinen Kontakt, scheint aber sehr nett zu sein. Die Vermietung Frädrich ist sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alle Angelegenheiten. Sehr zu empfehlen. Leider ist das Objekt für 2025, in unserem Zeitraum, schon belegt, ansonsten hätten wir es wieder gebucht. ##### Rainer S.
