This house was in the perfect spot. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the weather. There’s a children’s park down the street which was an added bonus. Only qualms: there was the bare minimum of items like soap, towels, etc. and we had to get more for our stay as there were 5 adults and a child. The floors on the first floor were also so dirty (my baby’s feet were black from walking around). This just made me question the cleaning of the place a bit. The property manager building is just outside the unit which was convenient when our heat never turned on the night we got there and set it. They came very quickly in the morning and got that fixed.

Hardly worth the money I paid
Not worth what I paid. Plus, the next tenant was allowed to check in early and as we were checking out before 10:00, there were two golf carts rented by the new tenant checking in, who left them there blocking our car in the garage. Took us 20 minutes to get the carts moved. Roaches, off and on WIFI, gave us wrong code on check-in, etc. I’ve stayed in Wrightsvile every year for over a decade. I’ll stay home before I rent this unit again.

We can see that the reservation following yours did not check in until our standard 4PM check-in, we are assuming that the guest rented golf carts for their stay and the golf carts were delivered prior to the guests arrival. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused, and we can look into the cart rental company to express your frustration.

The location was awesome. It was close to everything in Wrightsville Beach. The place was nothing fancy but was fine for what we needed.

Good property, faulty check-in
Property is as described in the website. Beautiful, spacious & great access to the beach. There was barely any ocean view from the deck. One would hope for the check-in process to be smooth but I was never sent any information until we arrived there. The door code sent was faulty. So we had to walk to the property management office to get help as no one answered the phone. The staff is friendly & helpful. She walked us to the condo but had to go back for another different door code, as her’s didn’t work either. Check-in was lengthy & painful!

Fantastic
This rental was a great place for some friends and I to spend a weekend at the beach! It was only steps from the beach and a short walk to most of the restaurants in Wrightsville Beach. The house was spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we would definitely come back!

Everything was great , only for just one detail. Part of the couch and some of its pillows smelled like sweat.

Location is great, Had a great time. a bit dated and needs a detail cleaning ie dirt under cocktail table glass, bathroom draws had loose hair and dust and bathroom shower inside liner has mold. management addressed a chair issue upon our request. the above issues would not stop us from renting again, assuming they were cleared up

I will say, the unit just got a brand new couch in the living room and we are looking to upgrade some more items in the near future as well. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo, and we very much enjoyed Wrightsville Beach. However, we would have liked to have had an outdoor grill. We would also liked to have had an easy chair facing the main couch in the living room.

Hey Shemya. You do not have to bring your own dishes to this home. In fact, you don't have to bring your own linens, just stay longer :) On short stays- we try to keep the cost down and allow our guest to bring their own linens or rent only what they want. It looks like you opted to save money and bring your own. Thats great, had we had a standard linens on all stays, your cost would have been more.

Good location. Older unit.
Location is great and having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect for our family, but there were some issues. First, the tub wouldn't hold water. They fixed it immediately, but then we couldn't drain it to take a shower. The dishwasher worked the first three days, but then it stopped working. The maintenance person tried one option to fix it, but it didn't work. He was going to come back, but we were already checking out. No ice maker. Beds were fine in master and room with queen, but really creaky twin beds.
