Check into this grand four-bedroom duplex offering the best of both worlds with plenty of space to spread out and close proximity to the beach. Conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and the famous Johnny Mercer's Pier, The Seahawk offers a relaxed yet vibrant lifestyle that’ll make your next visit an unforgettable one. Capture the beauty of the rising sun and enjoy ocean breezes from the comfort of this spacious and welcoming home. Spend time with family and friends in the bright and open living area after a fun filled day on the beach or hunker down for a movie night on the new sectional sofa. The dining room table seats up to six guests with four additional bar stool chairs available. We just love gathering around the island, chatting together while meals are prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. Though you’re sure to love hanging out inside, chances are you’ll end up spending plenty of time outdoors as well, enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing from one of several porches. Catch some sun while swinging in the hammock or grill up the day’s fresh catch on the propane grill. After a long day in the sand and sun, rinse away the sunscreen in the refreshing and enclosed outdoor shower. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms welcome up to nine guests to fresh linens, ample natural lighting, and plenty of space to unwind and re-charge. Parking instructions: Parking for B is on right side when facing the building, parking for up to 3 vehicles. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! Everyone had plenty of space and we loved the outdoor decks for happy hour. The sectional was comfy and the house was spotless. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend.
