Easy access to the beach, close to shopping and dining, and recently updated. This is the perfect destination for your next Wrightsville Beach Vacation! The perfect location for family and friends! Enjoy this beautifully furnished oceanfront duplex only a stone’s throw from the beach and close to Crystal Pier. The main floor has an updated kitchen, full bath, and open-concept living and dining area, all with ocean views. The deck off the living area has plenty of oceanfront seating for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying a meal. The first of 2 King bedrooms is also located on this level. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a full bath. One of these bedrooms offers two Queen beds and a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap after a long day in the sun. You’ll find a spacious master suite with a King bed, full bath, and a private balcony with sweeping ocean and sound views. Close to local shops and restaurants including a coffee shop, surf shop, and the Oceanic Restaurant. Book your stay today and make lasting memories with friends and family! Parking instructions: Off street parking for 6 cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The location of this condo is oceanfront and beautiful! Unfortunately, the condition of the condo was disappointing…two of the bathrooms had tub fixtures in need of replacement. One failed and caused a water problem that required the shut off of water to the whole unit so we had to check out one day early. The property manager was responsive, but it has been over a month, and VRBO customer support has dropped the ball in refunding the accurate amount for the last day not stayed but prepaid. Initial impression is worrisome then everything else very clean. FYI the dryer vent to outside needs checking warning cones up to clean but internal dryer vent is cleaned. Unfortunately, we were faced with a number of issues with the unit that detracted from our overall stay: -Ant infestation -Sliding door was clogged with sand so could not be utilized -Wifi did not work thus TVs were virtually offline -Broken light fixture -Toilet ran continuously after every flush without manual intervention -Extra charges/fees for everything Overall, I was expecting the 5 star price point to come with 5 star quality, but felt more like an average beach rental. I understand every beach unit has its imperfections, but the issues with this unit were numerous and took time and energy away from my vacation. ##### Charles W. The house was just as described and everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The door code didn’t work on arrival, but the property manager was easy to reach and quickly remedied the issue (an electrical storm that swept through shortly before we arrived apparently caused the problem). The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of places for clothes, luggage, etc. The living space was plenty roomy and comfortable for our group (3 adults and 2 children). We really appreciated the beach toys, chairs and cart. There is an outside shower and hose that was conveniently located. The only thing that stops me from a 5 star rating is the location. The house is very close to a very popular public access. There’s a large public parking lot and changing rooms a stones throw away. While we didn’t expect a private beach, just be aware that it gets crowded early. We learned quickly that we needed to get down and set up our chairs before 8 am if we wanted a spot close to the house. But overall, the properly is very nice and just as pictured. We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed our time at Wrightsville Beach tremendously! ##### Mary Sue B.
