  • Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
    Seahawk Suite 303 is located in the middle of the building on the third floor. The balcony offers unobstructed ocean views overlooking Stone St. There is parking for 2 cars.
    This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything.     There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
    Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
    You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
    POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
    Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

CONDO WAS AS LISTED. THE KITCHEN DID NOT HAVE STORAGE CONTAINERS FOR CUT UP VEGETABLES, FRUIT, LEFTOVERS. THERE ARE NO BIG BOWLS FOR SALAD, POPCORN, ETC. COULD USE A COUPLE MORE COFFEE CUPS. THERE IS NO VOLUME CONTROL ON TV IN BEDROOM. NEEDS A LOT MORE LIGHTING IN DINING AREA, LIVING ROOM FOR AFTER THE SUN GOES DOWN. WE THROUGHLY ENJOYED OUT STAY! LOCATION WAS GREAT!

Great time in Writesville

Property was as described and was clean. Short walk to the beach. No lighting over dining table, no dresser in bedroom and no wastebasket in bathroom were negatives. Otherwise very enjoyable.

Clean, Safe & Close to the Beach

This was our 2nd time staying at this complex. The condos are clean, neat and feel safe - you need a code to enter the building and a code to get into your condo. It comes with parking, is on the beach, and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. There are some little aspects that should be changed to uplevel the property - like provide hangers in the closets, provide a place for your luggage, have usable chairs and a table on the balcony.

Great location

The condo was nice and what we expected, W/D is always a plus. The location is excellent, and the beach was beautiful and right by the life guard station which is great. Upon arrival our phone number code did not work, we had to use the lock box. It was dark and we had a flashlight, one of the keys was on the threshold to the unit, NOT in the lockbox. No hangers in the closet is a first for me at any place we have stayed. Dollar store helped with that issue. The last comment is that there was a prepackaged food kit and an Amazon package, by the elevator in the entrance for our entire stay. Someone should at least trash the food and be kind to contact Amazon regarding the package. I know this is not the units issue, but an issue with the condo association.
