NEW Wrightsville Beach 3 Bedroom Condo, 50 Steps to Beach, Ocean Views!

Gated, luxury condo, located just steps from the white sands of Wrightsville Beach! This nearly new 3 bed, 3 bath condo includes high end finishes throughout. The chef's eat-in kitchen features quartzite countertops and backsplash with a waterfall edge, all stainless Kitchen Aid appliances, gold gooseneck faucet and cabinet hardware. A unique feature is the heated and cooled two car garage with fridge and large screen TV and sound system, as well as a gas grill.

Located adjacent to Johnnie Mercer’s pier, this newly constructed condo is in central Wrightsville Beach - just steps from local restaurants, bars, the loop, and of course- the beach! Enjoy hours of people watching from the deck that overlooks the heart of Wrightsville Beach and all the action. Pier Fun features all new furnishings, a stocked kitchen with center island with seating to gather while making meals, and a table for six to enjoy meals or play games.

The first master suite includes a king bed where you can watch the sunrise, it's own private spa like, luxury bathroom, flatscreen TV, and access to the deck. Enjoy views of the dunes from bed or the desk in the second master suite. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and bunk beds will be added in late April, and it's own bath. All rooms are appointed with Smart TV's and Sonos sound systems. You will have access to Hulu to stream live TV, movies and shows.

The ground level includes a two- care garage that can accommodate two vehicles (depending on their size). Paid street parking is available and is first come first serve on Seagull ad Salisbury Streets. The private elevator provides access from the building entry directly to the condo and an outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a fun filled day in the sand and sun.

INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens,. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, cooler, beach cart and beach games are also provided for your enjoyment and are conveniently located in the garage.

Great Beach Retreat

After a minor SNAFU to start our stay, which Tom quickly rectified, we had a wonderful time. It is a very nice Condo in a perfect location. The garage is an added benefit given street parking is difficult. Highly recommend for a vacation get-a-way.

Our family had a wonderful time in PierFun condo. Being so close to the beach was great for our surfers in the group. The condo was beautiful! Loved the 3 bedrooms, 3 baths for our family vacation. Conveniently located right next to Johnny Mercer Pier. Home was very well appointed with plenty of space to accommodate 6 adult family members. The property manager was very responsive to the few inquiries we had (elevator was a little wonky). The private 2 car garage was a real plus, as was the extra refrigerator in the garage for cold items to take to and from beach.

First stay in Wrightsville Beach after a lifetime of family reunions in Wilmington

We loved our stay which was reserved so we could enjoy the beach while in town for a family wedding. The accommodations were perfect for my husband, our daughter, and her boyfriend. We all wished we could stay longer. Everything from the location at Johnny Mercer's Pier, proximity to cute boutiques, food establishments, and the wedding venue at Wrightsville Manor, the design and comfort of the condo and its openness, the garage with beach chairs and other itesm, and Tom, our awesome host, exceeded our expectations! Birthday Gathering in Wrightsville Beach

Our party of 6 gathered in Wrightsville Beach as our son’s Ironman Support Team for his Birthday and first Ironman race. We had a great time and Pier Fun was a wonderful home base for us! The place is exactly like the photos. The proximity to the beach is so close. We enjoyed waking up to gorgeous sunrises and walking on the white sand beach. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds comfy, the porch a great spot, the living room has a massive TV for watching football, it just couldn’t be better! Shout out to Tom who made sure we were settled in and doing fine. We loved our stay. Thank you for opening up your beautiful beach home.
