Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. It was everything we had hoped it would be and more. 308 was clean, quiet and our pup was so comfortable we were able to leave him while at the beach each day for a few hrs. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with anything we needed! The rental office was wonderful to deal with, they checked in frequently to make sure our stay with them was perfect!! We wanted something close to the beach and we got it! Leaving the property your feet are in the sand moments later! The staff is friendly and there’s a service you can book to rent chairs and umbrellas which was a plus to our stay! Our items we delivered to our room before we arrived so we got there, we immediately changed, grabbed the chairs and headed to the beach! I do have to say that at first glance I wasn’t at ease, the property itself isn’t updated which makes you nervous to what you will see when you get in the room. It needs a facelift to match the inside of the room but it was clean. You get two codes one to access the room and another to access the pool area so I felt safe. We did not use the pool but noticed that the lounge chairs could use a power washing. They looked dirty not what is shown in the pictures on your site.
