The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 vehicles and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The shared backyard invites you to barbecue or indulge in beach games in the sand. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after soaking up the sun. Unit A on the upper level boasts spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier views. The living area features all-new furnishings, a color-changing fireplace, and a large smart TV. Exit to the covered deck for outdoor dining or revel in the sound of crashing waves and sightings of dolphins. The fully stocked kitchen with a large island is perfect for preparing meals, and the dining area offers mesmerizing ocean views.
