This gorgeous single-family home is located just one block from the ocean and Banks Channel, both of which offer public access making this home the perfect destination for your next family vacation! Located on a quiet, family-oriented street on the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach, this five-bedroom, 4-bathroom, home has 3 levels that comfortably accommodate 14 people. The lower level of this home has a bonus living room outfitted with a 75” flat screen smart TV that includes Disney+ and sound bar; a great gathering space for family movie night or Sunday football. Just off the living area is a covered porch that faces the sound and is a great place to relax while taking in the salt air. Down the hall you will find the first 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and laundry area. The spacious upper level of this home is outfitted with hardwood floors and features an open concept living, dining, kitchen with convenient access to the third-floor deck which is perfect for outdoor lounging or dining! The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile back splash that seamlessly flow into the living space making this home wonderfully equipped for family gatherings. This level also contains the master bedroom with a private bath and another guest bedroom with full bath. Just off the kitchen you will find another staircase that leads up to an enclosed crow’s nest that provides magnificent 360 views of the sound, ocean, and south end of the island. This is the ideal spot for relaxing after a day at the beach, family board games, and watching breathtaking sunsets! The entryway gives access to the outdoor shower, fenced in back yard, and has a garage for extra parking, bikes, charcoal grill, and is great for storing all your beach gear. Come enjoy the waves, sun and sand at this home away from home! Occupancy: 14 Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday, Minimum of 2 night stay other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full, 1 Twin, 1 Twin Trundle, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin), 1 Full Sofa Bed. Parking: Parking for 5. Our family of 11 was very comfortable in the three level beach house. The kitchen was adequate for our needs and the common areas were very comfortable. We loved sipping our morning coffee on the porch. It’s an easy walk to the beach or the inlet. You are able to watch the sunrise in the morning at the beach and a beautiful sunset at night over the inlet. The neighborhood is well cared for and a delight to walk around. The house was perfect. We all had our own rooms, the layout was so cool, lots of room. The location was perfect, only about 10 mins to the wedding venue. This was not the original house we had booked, that RSVP was canceled unexpectedly a few days prior but Bryant RE did a great job getting us moved & into a different house. This house was clean and spacious. Very easy walk to the beach. Big rooms and comfy beds. Kids loved the little TV room area on the 2nd floor. Kitchen was great. Seriously the best location. The house is wonderful and perfect for what we needed. One room with lots of beds and then otherwise just great rooms and very well kept property. Love the bird's nest. Just know there was not a lot of household items. For example one roll of toilet paper in every bathroom. Just one. Just one paper towel roll. Just one. Just one garbage bag. You get the idea. Lots of lots of great towels and washcloths and hand towels. No issue there. One dishwashing detergent pod. One really old and kind of broken corkscrew. No issue just now we know for next year and there will be a next year this will be our first choice for our family again. Super easy check out. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very nice house. I don’t like the living room sofas, seem old. There was a small amount of mold/mildew in the master shower, I didn’t check the rest or the showers. Bedroom carpets were stained. Minor things, overall a very nice experience. The large tv is great, luckily my daughter figured out how to turn it all on. Love the subtle beach decor.
