Enjoy the gated beach path providing direct and easy access to our beautiful white sand beach and the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Listen to the waves crash, enjoy ocean breezes, and relax on island time while creating lasting memories with family and friends on your next Islander Resort vacation. \*\*Renovations may be underway in neighboring units in the offseason. Construction is allowed Monday through Friday 8 am until 5 pm during the off season\*\* \*\*Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.\*\* The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. The condo had ample space for our family of 4 and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking with a nice amount of counter space. The maintenance staff immediately came up to address an issue and was very pleasant. We had a 5am flight when we left so the checkout requirements were a bit cumbersome but pretty standard for rentals these days where they basically want all the dishes done, trash taken out, beach towels washed and beds stripped. The view is stunning. The condo is clean, nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The design of the master bath is very tight if you are overweight. I would definitely stay there in the future. Check in was cumbersome. There were discrepancies in directions between the property managers guide and follow up emails/texts. These good be easily updated to match. There are also too many texts and emails sent during the visit. Safety was a concert the whole time. The pictures did not show the door as is. The light shines in all night in the twin bedroom. Great access to beach with beautiful ocean view and very close to the Wrightsville Bridge! The condo was spacious and clean. Only issue with very uncomfortable beds and balcony furniture in desperate need of updating. The pool area with direct access to the beach was so convenient. The condo was big enough for 4 of us and we never felt crowded. Our first time in Wrightsville. The beach exceeded our exoecations! It’s clear water, fun waves and super clean sand was even more beautiful than the photos could capture. We will be back for sure! ##### Melanie R. The front room had no dresser to unpack so you live out of a suitcase for your stay. The balcony furniture was uncomfortable and cheap! Fortunately, the showers had been recently remodeled but the front bedroom closet is a total mess. This condo needs a professional organizer. Two cons: too many emails and negative checkout process. LOTS of emails pre, during and post stay…remember all the rules, you cannot checkin one minute before 4 pm., are you going to arrive after 4? Are you going to checkout before 10 am? Remember to strip beds, do dishes and take out trash, if you checkout early, let us know, etc., I was on vacation, I signed the docs with rules, I have rented the unit from 4 pm until 10 am, leave me alone! The emails felt like they were hovering and if I have to work that hard for checkout, why charge such a high cleaning fee? In summary, I would not recommend if you want a relaxing place to stay that feels like your home vs. the rental company’s. ##### Ann C.
