Our spacious, completely renovated 3,100 square foot house is located just a minutes drive or short walk from the Clubhouse Bar & Grille, Pro Shop and Championship Golf Course.

The house is on two levels. After parking in the spacious, three-car garage, you enter via the upper level to the wide open Great Room with stunning picture windows, an open kitchen with an island for cooking and a wood-burning fire place. Picture windows surround the dinning room where a beautiful wooden feast table resides for accommodating large dinner parties. An exit out the back will put you on a huge wood deck with BBQ pit, adirondack furniture and a fire pit down below to enjoy evenings with family and friends. Firewood and starter logs included.

When entering through the front foyer, you’re greeted with a spacious Great Room for entertaining. Brand new furniture and a large screen television provide you the comforts of home away from home.
To the left of the Great Room is the luxurious Master Bedroom with a King size bed, large screen television and Master Bathroom. The spacious bathroom has double sinks, free standing bath tube and standup shower. The master bedroom has picture windows of Innsbrook Wildlife. The second upstairs bedroom faces the front path, with a Queen Bed.

When you head downstairs, you walk right into the wide open room containing a big screen TV, the 2nd fireplace and 2 sofas. There is a beverage cooler with another coffee station. To the right is the 3rd Queen Bedroom, with walk-in closet and large screen television connects to a full bathroom with a shower. The third full bath is on the lower level and contains double sinks, a tub and standup shower. On the other side of the entertainment space is the fourth Queen Bedroom, with large closet space spanning the length of the wall. The fifth bedroom has Queen over Queen bunkbed with deep memory foam mattresses connecting to a full bath. Outside the downstairs entrance is a patio with a stairs leading up to the deck. This area is also fantastic for evenings around the fire pit.
