The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.

Good location, walkable, restaurants.close by, close to train/tram
Instructions were extremely good. I booked the same day and they were able to send me instructions clearly on Whatsapp
Place itself was a bit dirty. There was hair in the bed and it smelled extremely moldy. My pajamas smelled like mold after sleeping in the bed.
Noisy, but they provide ear plugs
No lift, but they make you aware of this upon booking and checkin

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the property is fabulous. Right by the water, with a wonderful view, and a short walk from the old town and many good restaurants. The only slight drawback to this type of location is that it's not the most quiet. We were unable to sleep with our window open because of the late nightlife. We found it a small price to pay for the rest of the conveniences. Would stay there again.
