"This beautifully appointed & newly remodeled spot was just what we needed to transition in to our vacation. We sat on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee, overlooking the scenic valley and ocean, and relaxing. This spot was close enough to the restaurants, tourist spots, music and airport to be a short drive but far enough not to hear anything but birds. Our hosts were very friendly and enjoyable. "I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. I recommend including ice trays and adding a vanity for cosmetics. Linens...

HOTEL IN GENERAL IS A LITTLE DATED BUT FUNCTIONAL SEEING AS YOU'RE SPENDING MOST OF YOUR TIME ON THE BEACH OR IN THE WATER OR TOURING THIS BEAUTIFUL AND EXTREMELY SAFE ISLAND. KITCHEN LACKED A FEW KEY UTENSILS, DISHES, ETC. ONE NEGATIVE ONLY IS THE PETTY CHARGE OF $3.OO U.S./NIGHT FOR THE SAFE KEY. RESTAURANT FOOD IS EXCELLENT BUT SUPERB OPTIONS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL."

"Staff were terrific! We loved our spacious room and the fact that we had a kitchen and a balcony that looked out in the sea. We enjoyed swimming in the sea every day. Transportation was easy and adventurous in the ZR buses - cash only! $3.50 bbd per trip. Or download the Pickup app which works like Uber. Only a 10 min walk from St. Lawrence Gap! We’ll be back!"
