We rented the property for a week which included the 4th of July which turned out to be quite a time to be there. On the 4th there was a Cave Cove parade of decorated golf carts and fireworks in the bay in front on the home. The home is 50 years old but is well maintained. The house is very cute, cozy, comfortable, and quiet. The view of the bay is amazing from upstairs and in the hot tub. Conveniently close to Coeur d'Alene and several other towns made it a perfect place to getaway and relax. Sarah was very helpful and responsive to any questions before and during our stay. It’s a bit off the beaten path and that’s what we were looking for. The pear trees next to the house were loaded with pears and the deer stood under them throughout the day and night waiting on the fruit to fall. We appreciated the kerug coffee and the frothier and the bed was super comfortable. The view off the rear deck was perfect. The property is about 25 minutes south of Coeur D Alene and an hour from the Spokane international Airport.
