"Comfortable and practical motel in Nelson. We were upgraded to a two bedroom unit with a kitchenette suitably equipped for cooking basic meals (hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, crockery and cutlery, utensils, etc).
Spacious unit - with easy chairs as well as a table and dining chairs.
Everything was clean.
Parking right outside.
Very nice and friendly young couple running the place.
We used the laundry facilities and drying lines and could have had a dip in the pool.
It's fairly close to the airport but flights seemed to stop mid-evening and not start too early each morning - didn't disturb us.
Also a short walk to the beach.
The motel units are not ultra modern but everything was clean, well maintained and worked well.
