"The staff at Trébol was helpful and very friendly. Thanks to Carmen for helping with tour reservations. She was amazing. The hotel has a wonderful old world feel to it. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the lobby or in the courtyard. There is no elevator so be prepared to do some stair climbing. If you like the markets you’ll be happy to know that the hotel is across the street from two major markets filled with food venders, restaurants, and artisanal products. We spent hours in the markets. The breakfasts were very good. The hotel is very clean. It was quiet too. We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Trébol. I’ll stay there again when I return to Oaxaca."

"BED AND BATHROOMS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, OUTDOOR PATIO GARDEN AND SITTING AREAS WERE EXCEPTIONAL, THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO MUSEUMS, HISTORIC CHURCHES, RESTAURANTS, LOCAL MARKET AND ZOCALO! HOWEVER, IT IS A HISTORIC BUILDING ITSELF, BUILT IN THE EARLY 18TH CENTURY, AND OUR WATER SUPPLY WAS SHUT OFF FOR OUR LAST TWO NIGHTS OF SIX THERE, AND WE HAD TO MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM! WHICH WAS NOT AS BIG BUT PLESANT ALSO."

"It is a hotel located in downtown Oaxaca. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. I like the idea of having a kitchenette with the free fruit, coffee/tea, and pastries. They also provide you with free bottles of water. Everything was sparkling clean."

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, always making us feel comfortable and well cared for. Every detail of our stay was handled with genuine hospitality, and their kindness made our experience especially memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, and the location made it easy for us to enjoy our time in Oaxaca. We truly appreciated the wonderful service and the care shown by the entire team. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. "We stayed here for 6 hours after arriving from our redeye flight. It was perfect distance from airport and room was large enough to enjoy while it lasted. The only issue I found was the smell of the water in the bathroom. Make sure you use bottled water to brush your teeth. Also, staff is very friendly."
