Excellent hotel and facilities, restaurant food is superb. Staff are always helpful, friendly and courteous. Immaculate facility. Cant fault it.

Ok. But slow service and overpriced
Paid for a superior room because thats all that was available. My colleague was in room next door which was a standard room. Couldnt see any difference between them. Breakfast was ok. But massively overpriced £20 .

Everything was good, slight problem attended to very quickly. All staff were very helpful. All facilities in room were of a high standard. If in area in future this would be our first choice.

Value for money good location for seeing the lakes only complaint is the mattress was a little hard not the best location if you are expecting shops and places to eat and drink around you as it over looks a farm but was perfect for the reason the hotel was booked would recommend and stay again food in the restaurant was lovely and staff were lovely

Its a lovely hotel and the staff are all friendly. The conservatory part where we had from from the resteraunt was lovely! We had both starters and mains and it was delicious. Not a wide selection of drinks behind the bar however. The room itself I paid extra for a balcony and the superior room.....wasnt worth the extra money. The "balcony" was doors that opened inwards into your room and a small part you could stand on and the mountain view was mostly blocked by a tree. Shame as the room itself was nice and clean and not a bad size. The shower wasnt great as we needed to change the height and it was held in place by cardboard so kept sliding down. And the shower got the bathroom windowsil soaked. Wouldnt recommend paying more for the bigger room. Youre hardly in it as the hotels nocest part is the outside seating or the downstairs seating.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room we were given had not been cleaned properly and there was visible mould in the bathroom. Got moved to a luxury room on the first day which was very clean and tidy.
