Your 2nd Home Away From Home l Prime location

This is a fully furnished apartment that has all the amenities of home. It is an updated apartment in an older home, but thoughtful touches and attention have been taken to make this feel very comfortable and relaxing. You'll be pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and the space that you'll have while staying here. The apartment is conveniently located within a couple short blocks of the college, and just a short distance to the wonderful downtown Wooster with plenty of shops and dining.

Please note that this is a second floor apartment, so there is a flight of stairs.

There are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, another bedroom is suited with a queen bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with a day bed that has a pull out trundle. If you feel that you would like or need an air mattress, please inquire. There are several additional sleep arrangements that we can meet. There is a full bathroom that has a shower/tub. The Kitchen is brand new and has all items necessary for cooking during your stay. The living room flows nicely to the dining area and kitchen to give you more of an open atmosphere. There are plenty of closets and storage space to utilize in the apartment during your stay. If there are any questions on what is available, please reach out. We are more than glad to answer any questions that you may have. Our goal is to provide a pleasant and comfortable space during your stay that gives you the feel of never leaving your home during your visit. We hope that you'll find this space inviting and will give us the pleasure to host you during your stay.

Please note that there is a onsite manager that can help with any questions during your stay. We plan on leaving you to yourself during your stay unless you have any questions or concerns during your stay.

We are indeed a short walking distance to the College of Wooster. Within just a few blocks you'll find yourself at the Admissions office or Freelander theater.

There are maps and nearby attraction information in the common area that you are more than welcome to have and use during your stay.

If you are flying in from out of town and would like transportation accommodations, please inquire. There may be the possibility of arranging something in order to help eliminate rental car fees.

Great weekend hangout

Visited our son and enjoyed having space in walking distance from him so he could be close to his dorm room but also hang out with us. Excellent place for a short weekend but also great for a longer stay with washer/dryer right in the unit!

A great way to spend time with adult family members

As our family becomes adults, it gets harder and more complicated to still have that family time when coming from multiple directions. This is a great set-up to do this. Ample space, nice rooms, and comforting. Thank you. I absolutely recommend it to others coming to Wooster

Great stay in Wooster

This apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Wooster. Centrally located in town, easy access to all parts of the town. Walkable to playgrounds and downtown. The checkin was easy and the apartment was very clean. Beds were very comfortable! The wood floors are freaky but that's to be expected in this old house. But this worked perfectly well for our stay.

Cozy place to stay.

We commented several times about how nice this place was. Very homey from the moment you walk in. Well stocked with things you will need. We really appreciated the water stocked in the refrigerator for us. Another plus was the amazing water pressure in the shower. (I should have looked to see what brand it was.) I highly recommend this place to stay. It was perfect.

Perfect and cozy

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The place was extremely clean. Our host met us at the door to walk us in and make sure we were happy with the setting. There was a mix up but it was resolved so quickly and we loved our stay! The location was amazing. It was close to downtown, grocery, and entertainment. We definitely want to come back.

Lovely Weekend!

This property was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We walked to dinner downtown both nights of our stay. I needed to use the washer and dryer so that was super convenient to have. The shower had amazing water pressure. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided (and smelled amazing). Plenty of extra linens were provided as well. Easy communication with property managers. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and had great water pressure. Although we weren’t there much, it had all of the essentials needed for a comfortable extended stay.

Deco Crete Event

Took some co workers for a quick concrete expo. Was looking for a place close to the event that was big enough and good price. This place was perfect. Three men and we all had our own rooms!
