Cozy Home near College of Wooster

  • Cozy 3 bedroom house near College of Wooster. Five minute walk to Timken Gymnasium and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown restaurants. Residential neighborhood near campus. All the amenities you will need for a comfortable and affordable stay. Relax in the living room, enjoy one of three queen size beds along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Also feel free to park in our attached one car garage.

    All the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, cooking utensils, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, etc. Enjoy TV in living room. Washer and dryer and an extra toilet are available in the basement. There is also a patio behind the garage for guests to enjoy.

    Whether you are visiting the College of Wooster or a number of other area attractions, we know you will find our house to be a great location for accessing all that Wooster and the surrounding area has to offer. Walking distance to campus as well as some great downtown restaurants and shops. A short drive to amish country as well.

    Ideal for walking to anything on campus as well as downtown. The north end shopping and restaurants are a short 5-10 minute drive.
