PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS SCAFFOLDING UP ON THE BUILDING FOR SEPTEMBER 2025 Hartland Heights, just 100yds from the sand and surf. This truly spectacular premier location apartment is perfect for a family wishing to enjoy beach life in Woolacombe! This 2-bedroom corner apartment is situated on the second floor of Hartland House Apartments. From the front it looks right out across Woolacombe beach to Putsborough, Baggy Point and beyond. The living room and kitchen are open plan and share the spectacular front view. In the kitchen there is a 50/50 fridge freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The breakfast bar with 4 stools in front of the window in here enjoys the beautiful beach view. In the living room the dual aspect windows bring in lots of southerly light and the view is breathtaking! There is an oak dining table and 4 chairs against the window, a sofa bed offering sleeping for up to 2 extra people and two comfy chairs with foot stools from where you can enjoy the sea view or "chill out" in the evening watching the flat screen TV/DVD or listening to music. There is Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite shower and has a side window. There is a small flat screen TV in here. The small second bedroom has bunk beds and adequate clothes storage and a window to the rear. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath. ‍ In the communal outdoor area there are various pieces of garden furniture and a lockable store to put wet-suits, body boards and beach paraphernalia. (Please note it is not large enough for long boards.) Parking for 1 car. Travel cot and highchair provided. A pre-authorised card payment for the £100 security deposit will be taken. It is close (100 yards) to the beach and local village with restaurants and bars.The views from the sitting room and kitchen windows are wonderful taking in the beach and surrounding hills. So much so we have stayed here 6 or so years running. We book through Holiday Home Hunter, Maddie and Sarah are very efficient and helpful and have kept us informed of all the changes with regards to Covid. This has helped with a stress free booking. It is also close to all restaurants, bars and amenities. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped and the double bed is extremely comfortable. It was very clean and we really liked the outside garden area. Very good instructions and information were provided in advance of the trip. We also left some items in the property and the housekeeper contacted us to let us know and kindly posted the items without charge. She even offered to wash one of the items before forwarding on.
