Leave Barnstaple on A361 Braunton/Ilfracombe road. Go through Braunton, approx. 4 to 5 miles after Braunton you come to Mullacott Cross Roundabout ? turn left to Woolacombe. Follow the road to Woolacombe ? as you get into Woolacombe you pass the Royal Hotel on your right, take the next turning on the right, Chichester Park alongside the church, then take the first left onto Springfield Road, half way down the road you will see Gemini on your right.
