Nestled in 100 acres of countryside beyond the coastline, this property provides a serene escape. Inside, a bright, double-volume living area with modern styling and comfortable furnishings awaits. The open plan layout, including a fantastic kitchen and dining area, is perfect for socialising, with sliding doors leading to the terrace. Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests, with the option to configure two rooms with twin beds into super kings.

Well-equipped with top-notch amenities, the home features Smart TVs, streaming devices, high-quality beds, luxury bathrooms, and ample outdoor space, including a large decked area.

Woolacombe, awarded 'World Class Surfing Reserve,' offers a vast expanse of golden sand and clear water, making it ideal for both novice and experienced surfers. The beach, stretching for 3 miles, is perfect for family outings, with low tide revealing rock pools for little explorers. The area also boasts smaller beaches and sheltered bays, including Barricane and Lee Bay.
