"The hotel was clean and the employees were polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The main reason for me to stay at a hotel is somewhere to sleep so the condition of the bed is high on my list. I was very relaxed in the bed. Everything was clean and perfect. Wish I had more time to enjoy the indoor pool. The only negative was the cost for the room was very expensive because there was a Penn State football game that weekend. The cost difference was triple compared to the following weekend. I felt was a bit excessive. I would 100% stay again at the regular cost per night. I will be sure to take the time to search other options for my next visit."

"Everything was perfect. Last year we chose this place due to a Penn state game. Again this year we chose it but this year the room didn’t look like it was cleaned in the living area. It would have been perfect if it was vacuumed or swept out. Other than that the beds are so comfy and everyone stays to themselves."

"We had a fantastic weekend at this property! As Penn State alums, the six of us have been coming to State College for over 25-years for a football game. The property was beautiful, the house was large, well maintained, clean and had every amenity you could old think of. Dustin was a great host and very responsive. This was by far the best house we’ve ever stayed at and we’ll definitely stay here again."
