The house is in a good location if you are in the area for the WWBA tournament. Quiet neighborhood and close to several restaurants. All bedrooms are upstairs which wasn't a problem for our family. The front door had an issue with the code but the company was quick to respond and provided us with the garage code as well so we would not be locked out of the house. Everything was in order and tidy. They thought of everything that could be needed was provided. From snacks in the kitchen, laundry detergent in the laundry room, and smart TV's in the bedroom. The Master Bedroom was comfy and there was plenty of towels and even a few makeup remover wipes and small toiletries in the bathroom. Home was well decorated and there was plenty of cookware etc. Reservation was originally for 8 guest but there only ended up being myself and one other adult.
