"Nice hotel but the pool was closed and we didn’t know until we got there"

"Staff were very courteous. The Manager role-modeled excellent customer service. The only thing I don't like is the full length mirror insude the closet. My room is double queen bed. One bed directly look into that mirror while you sleep, which can be bad feng shui for some people(lol). Its just personal preference though. "

"Exceptionally clean facility. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. As we arrived the wind was blowing and a staff member was outside sweeping up from a turned over garbage can! Did not get his name, but that effort is noticeable and contributes to guests having a clean and safe place to stay. Breakfast was good, although the location is small and resulted in long lines / delays. The rooms are nice, especially the bathroom. Modern showers were hot and maintained good pressure. Only areas of concern would be signage and parking. The hotel is hidden amongst multiple buildings and parking garages and the Lobby / Check in area is not clearly marked. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall (2minute walk) but you wouldn't know that by looking around as there are no signs. The free parking across the street was different and a little annoying since the attached garage was full of empty parking spaces."
