It is older and the beds were not very comfortable for us, but that could just be preference since we sleep on a Purple mattress at home. One room felt like a converted carport and stayed cooler than the rest of the house. Overall it was a decent place to stay and suited our needs for the trip.The only frustration was the booking and check in process. We had to complete multiple third party verifications outside of Vrbo even though payment was already handled through Vrbo. That added extra steps that made the reservation feel more complicated than expected.
