"Excellent property, well maintained and very clean. Walking distance to downtown Oak bluffs. Woke up every morning and walked the seaway, a pure joy to see the water aerobics group in the morning. Even though the host provides a Kuerig and traditional coffee pot, I did walk to town for a morning coffee a few times. Pure Joy. I am working out a date for next year and hopefully be able to reserve this property. An Excellent 5 star experience."

"This cottage is perfectly equipped for a family or friends getaway and is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The unit is in the middle of 3 condos in a quiet, shady corner of Maushop. Everything in it is new and sparkling clean. The queen bed upstairs was extremely comfy; we slept well there and hated to leave!"

"This was a great property for families with many other guests w/children, big open area for kids to play in the back and comfortable sleeping arrangements & sufficient space for 2 adults w/4 kids. Only annoyance was our room was not ready by 3 pm check in but rather was ready after 3:30 after being told “5 more minutes” several times. For a place with a 10 am check out I’d assume 3 pm check in wouldn’t be delayed. Everything else was great though."

"This was a great convenient location is directly on the MVTA bus route so very easy to get around the island if traveling with no car. The grounds are set back from the main road so no noticeable street noise. Also walkable to Oak Bluffs and larger beaches if you don’t mind a 20-30 minute walk. "This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...
