\- Accommodation: This property offers 2 Bathrooms with a separate toilet and 3 bedrooms, consisting of 2 Queen & 2 Single, sleeping a maximum of 6 guests. The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
\- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.
Additional Information:
Pet-Friendly: Yes, this property is pet friendly for a maximum of 2 outdoor only dogs, however, please complete your own due diligence for your fencing requirements.
Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

#### Delightful Property for a Relaxing Holiday
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property suited us and our dog. Location good - quiet and peaceful. Good sized and fenced back yard which suited having our dog with us. Great back verandah facing east meaning lovely morning sun. Every amenity we wanted was there - except for reverse cycle airconditioning. Normally this wouldn't be needed but we had a couple of very cold days while there and being able to warm the house up would have been helpful.The First National were great to deal with and helpful when asked.We would definitely stay here again.
