Olive Cottage, a beautiful Georgian holiday home, nestled in the market town of Wickham Market, offers a wonderful retreat for exploring Suffolk's coast and countryside. Enjoy local amenities and walks from your doorstep, with easy access to nearby towns such as Woodbridge and Framlingham and popular coastal spots such as Orford and Aldeburgh only a short drive away.  
  
Ground floor:   
Living room with smart TV, log burner, two sofas and a selection of books, games and DVDs.  
Well-equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, integrated fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave.  
Dining room with sound system and table and chairs for 4 people.  
Downstairs WC with wash basin.  
  
First floor:   
Main bedroom with king-size bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, and French doors that open out onto a small, decorative balcony.  
Second bedroom with a zip and link bed, which will be made up as a king by default. Please request if you would like it set up as a twin before arrival. The room also includes bedside tables and a built-in storage cupboard.  
Family bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin, and heated towel rail.  
  
Outside:  
Enclosed, private garden with patio, outdoor furniture, Weber BBQ and BBQ utensils.

Wickham Market is a thriving Suffolk village with a strong sense of community, set on the edge of the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It offers a range of independent shops, a well-stocked Co-op, cafés, and a traditional butchers, making it a convenient and charming base for exploring the surrounding countryside and coast.  
  
The George, located in the village of Wickham Market, is a traditional pub offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s an ideal spot for a drink or a relaxed meal, with a cosy interior, friendly service, and a good selection of food and local ales.

Beautiful Georgian terrace cottage with well proportioned rooms, high quality furniture, a well maintained and presented garden and excellent location just 3-5 minutes to the nearest pub or shop. No hesitation to return in the future.
