Had MOLD in the toilet! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or used in awhile. Dirt marks on sheets, black spots on floor I was worried about bed bugs! I was warned about this chain. Had to book for cost. Will NOT be doing that again

The room was cleaned but smelled really bad to the point we purchased a bottle of Lysol to spray all over the room to try and mask the odor. I believe it was the carpet or the AC putting off the bad odor. Didn’t really bring it up with the front desk as we were only two nights and not in the room ...

Coffee pot didn't work and there was no coffee. Manager supplied me with a pouch, but coffee pot didn't work. Needed to get extra pillows from manager; only 2 flat pillows supplied with King size bed. Pool was clean but we didn't use it. No gym.

Beautiful small one bedroom house in the desert. Stocked as needed for my use. The sunrise and sunset were superlative each day. Spent the days in Joshua Tree NP and this was a beautiful retreat to start and end the day.

We had a lovely stay. Very close to Joshua Tree National Park but also in a very quiet part of town. The kitchen had everything you could need. AC kept us cool and was very quiet. A good spot to look at the night sky from your hot tub. The washer and dryer were a big plus.
