"It was great! Wasn’t sure what to expect with a Bed & Breakfast but needed a room for one night. Nice, new, super clean property on outskirts of Nantasket Beach. Beautifully decorated room with brand new bath (private, but across hall … It’s a B&B!). Nice continental breakfast in AM. Easy check in. Highly recommend!!"

"We absolutely LOVED our stay here and it exceed our expectations. It’s so close to the beach and we even had a nice little view! There’s a roomy fridge, and a microwave. The room is spacious and comfortable. The fact that it was pet friendly was an absolute GAME CHANGER. Reception was the kindest woman ever. We will definitely come back!"

"The location was rural and peaceful. I would not say in walking distance to much so would not recommend it without a car however we knew this prior and liked the location due to it's proximity between Boston centre & the Gillette stadium in Foxborough (both approx half an hour away via car) as we had plans to visit both being there for the World Cup. The local town Hingham had a lovely cafe for breakfast called Stars and a nice park and marina across the road. The property itself was lovely, very tastefully decorated & well equipped. Sofa and beds very comfortable too. My critique of the place would be that with it being rural with a lovely garden I would have expected to be able to use the back door and have a seating area outside however the kitchen/back door had a sign on saying use in emergency only and no outside seating area which given location and how pretty, it was a bit disappointing. We were also made aware that we had been watched on CCTV which I felt to be intrusive. There had been a misunderstanding regarding the property being non smoking as my husband was seen smoking on the grounds. We had misunderstood as only a non smoking house. However it is non smoking even on the grounds/garden entirity which we had not been clear on. It is understandable given the woodland and heat etc could be a fire hazard so no hard feelings about this. I would recommend this property 100% as it is spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable like a home from home."
