The Neighborhood: Shellharbour Village is a sought-after location and community that provides everything you need within a short walk or drive. The Village has much to offer including; Town Centre with shops, restaurants and cafes, Ocean Beach Hotel, South Beach, the boat harbour, ocean pool, cycle and walking tracks, Little Park and just down the road The Farm Beach, Killalea Regional Parklands, the Waterfront Marina, The Shellharbour Club, Stockland Shopping Centre and the Movie Precinct. Shellharbour Junction train station is just down the road. Wollongong is only 20kms away, 8 minutes to Kiama, 15 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park and a 1 hour drive to the Southern suburbs of Sydney. The Shellharbour Airport with regular flights to Melbourne and Brisbane is located in nearby Albion Park. Getting Around: Shellharbour Village is just a short walk away, where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and the stunning coastline. Shellharbour South Beach and the ocean pool are also within walking distance, perfect for a morning swim or sunset stroll. If you’re exploring further, public transport and major roads are close by, making day trips around the South Coast simple and stress-free. Other Things to Note: Payment Terms: We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out. Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.
