Centrally located but ALONG PRINCES HIGHWAY. Might get busy sometimes that driving into and out of the driveway can be challenging. Hopefully, the nearby McDonald's cheer you up when that happens. Walking distance to the Figtree Grove. NO GARAGE, but can park on driveway. Backyard soft soil. NOT SUITABLE for parking. PARKING SITUATION +NO garage or carport but with a long driveway +Backyard is NOT SUITABLE FOR PARKING due to the rain that softened the soil. FREE STREET PARKING across the street from the house.
