This is not acceptable and made my stay at the hotel a miserable and a very negative experience. And during the day there were strange people coming by my window and looking into and inspecting my room thereby violating my privacy. Again - this is unacceptable. Thirdly, the shower was out of order and of course no one was present at the reception. A functioning shower is essential as well as privacy and quiet night time."
