Exit to terrace and garden in west orientation. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and other electrical appliances. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed, 1x with 2 single beds), undeliverable travel cot, separate toilet. All windows have shutters. Parking space directly at the house, storage room for bicycles etc. Absolutely quiet location, about 1 km to the beach, shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Man sieht sofort die abblätternde Farbe des Kellerabgangs. Nicht ein Blümchen lockert die triste Ansicht. Im Garten das gleiche Bild, zusätzlich ausgeblichene Plastikmöbel.Das Haus roch nach Hund. Das Bad ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Abgeplatzte Duschwanne und Waschbecken, Schiebetüre der Dusche defekt. Gurtband des Badrollos defekt. Boden in der 1\. Etage wellig, einfach PVC rübergelegt. Holzfenster marode, konnte man teilweise nicht schließen und öffnen, Farbe blättert ab, waren undicht und es zog überall. Duschabtrennung fiel auseinander.
