Alles in allem eine kleine süße Wohnung. Da diese sich allerdings direkt im Dachstuhl befindet, ist sie nicht für größere Menschen geeignet. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, 2 Herdplatten, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mikrowelle). Das Bett ist bequem und nicht durchgelegen.
