Could hear people talking outside on the sidewalk and walking around upstairs. Great location for dining and attractions but a tad dilapidated feel in the rooms. Hallway outside our room over used for suitcase storage.

Convenient location. A stones throw away from Chinatown and many small eateries, walkable to Boston Commons park and freedom trail, one block from metro. Friendly staff. Building is a little dated but rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable.
