Located directly on the Old Harbour of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, right next to the restored Ohlerich Warehouse, is the newly built luxury holiday apartment complex “Hafenspitze.” A total of 39 exclusive, hotel-style holiday apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square metres to 99 square metres of living space and feature high-quality finishes. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread over three floors and are easily accessible by lift. Some of the holiday apartments are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each holiday apartment offers a view of the harbour area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze complex also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot, where you’ll find historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, along with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The spacious 3-room holiday apartment at Hafenspitze 32 is located on the 3rd floor of the building, which you can easily reach by lift. The spacious loggia offers a beautiful view of the harbour. The apartment has a living area of 93 square metres. It includes a fully equipped kitchenette. There are two separate bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Upon your arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made. Towels and bath towels for 2 people are also included. Additional linen packages can be booked. This is a non-smoking apartment. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the harbour car park, approximately 300 metres away.

The inviting living-dining area is comfortably furnished with a cosy seating area and a dining table.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is open-concept and equipped with high-quality appliances needed for preparing meals during your holiday. Entertainment options include flat-screen TVs with hotel mode, internet radio, and free Wi-Fi. Two separate bedrooms, each sleeping two, along with closets for your holiday wardrobe, ensure restful nights.

The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and towel warmer, as well as an additional guest bathroom.
