Located directly on the Old Harbour of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the newly built luxury holiday apartment complex "Hafenspitze" stands next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher. A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive holiday apartments await you, each with a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square metres to 99 square metres of living space, all featuring high-quality finishes. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread over three floors and are conveniently accessible by lift. Some of the holiday homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each holiday apartment offers a view of the harbour area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—home to historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, complete with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The 3-room comfort apartment Hafenspitze 30 is located on the 3rd floor of the building and features a seasonally furnished balcony with a sea view as well as a view of the Holzhafen. The living area measures 73 square metres and, with two separate bedrooms, is perfectly suited for up to 3 guests. A modern kitchenette is provided. The attached bathroom with shower is at ground level. Upon your arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made. Towels and bath towels for 2 people are also included. This is a non-smoking apartment. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the car park at the Old Harbour, approximately 300 metres away.

In this very tastefully and modernly furnished 3-room apartment, you can enjoy a wonderful stay right on the harbour with 73 square metres of living space. You’ll feel right at home in the attractively furnished living-dining area, and the fully equipped kitchenette—integrated into the living space and featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster—allows you to prepare your own meals if needed.

Internet-enabled TV with hotel mode and an internet radio are also available, as is free Wi-Fi. This chic apartment also features a seasonally furnished, north-facing balcony from which you can enjoy views of the sea and the Holzhafen. This apartment is ideal for up to 3 people, as the spacious layout with two separate bedrooms is nearly perfect.

One of the bedrooms also offers access to the balcony. Of course, this apartment also features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rack, and heated floors.
