We had a fantastic time at the resort. The pool area was perfect for all ages. The room was absolutely beautiful and the beds and pillows were amazing. The view of the fireworks on the 4th from the parking lot made our vacation magical.

We loved this hotel. One male staff in particular in the pool area was not very pleasant to be aeound but then he left and everything was perfect. We loved our suite and the heated pools and hot tubs! Helpful and friendly staff.

The theme is really fun at the hotel. Pros: The beds were very comfortable, room was really nice, pool staff are friendly. Cons: No shampoo was stocked in our bathroom when we started our stay, valet insisted on bringing up our luggage to the room, but made no conversation along the way so we walked in awkward silence. Overall we had a good stay, but I'm not sure the cost per night was worth it for what we got necessarily.

During our stay, I needed to warm a baby bottle for my child and asked if I could use the microwave for just 25 seconds. Unfortunately, I was informed that this wasn't allowed, which left me quite surprised. It’s essential for hotels that advertise themselves as family-friendly to provide accessible amenities for families with babies.

Was clean and very cool to look around at all the amazing features and Nordic vibe but lacked in amenities and no microwave or even laundry bag which is a must for our family! Silk a great place to go just be sure to bring snacks and nothing that needs to be warmed up. Otherwise such a cool atmosphere! Also pricey for ice cream, and little things spent almost 80$ on 5 single scoop Ice cream cups. I would go back may more prepared next time.

Building is new. Which is great. The rooms are quiet. Large bathroom is really nice They missed the mark by a longshot on hospitality and friendliness. The staff is really not trained well in information about the resort. Or very helpful for anything.
