This Property is accessed thru smart lock. Guests have full access to the condo and the Tamarack Resort`s Activity Centre. Our knowledgeable team is always available to assist you during your stay. Conveniently located, you can easily explore the area on foot or by bicycle. Bicycles are available for use at the Activity Centre. Park your vehicle in front of the front entrance.

Parking is available directly in front of the property. The activity centre is on a walking distance (250 yards) from the property.

We operate on a very transparent basis and desire the same from our guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund. With that said, feel free to invite friends and family to hang out, have dinner, or enjoy the amenities.

No bachelor or hen nights. We are happy to recommend some nearby properties/hotels but we are not a good fit for these types of occasions.

Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancellation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Thus, we highly recommend travel insurance. We will no longer entertain exceptions to the rule so be advised. We are operating a single (and we think amazing) Airbnb business.... last minute cancelations are difficult and often unlikely to re-book.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

At the end of the TERM, guests leave house in same condition it was found. Tenant will be held liable for any damage or missing items. If damage is noted upon check-in please notify owner via airbnb immediately.

Local Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. - 7 a.m.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

We regularly see deer, ducks and other animals. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... We provide a smart TV and cable channels. Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
