"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check In ging fix. Selbsteinchecken an Terminals wäre auch möglich gewesen. Bademäntel und Handtücher für die Sauna wurden uns in einer praktischen Tasche mitgegeben. Es gibt viele Treppen und keinen Aufzug, ein Sporthotel ;) Die Lage ist super zum Wandern oder Radeln. Unser Zimmer war praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Einen Balkon gab es auch, leider aber keine Leselampe auf einer Bettseite. Sauna und Schwimmbad gefielen uns auch sehr gut. Bis zu diesem...

"Ondanks dat we bij boeking reeds betaald hadden met Mastercard, werd ons bij aankomst nogmaals de huurprijs in cash geëist. Eerst weigerden ze hiervoor zelfs een ontvangstbewijs te geven. We hebben pas na herhaald en koppig aandringen dit ontvangstbewijs gekregen. Dit wekt wantrouwen. Hopelijk wordt de huurprijs geen tweede maal van onze Mastercard gedebiteerd. Bijkomende kosten zoals beddengoed, handdoeken, toeristentaks etc moest ter plaatse en in cash betaald worden. We zijn 2018 en niet...

"Wir waren von der Unterkunft begeistert. Sehr familienfreundlich. Mit Spielraum für klein und groß, Schwimmbad und Sauna. Tolle und qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung der Zimmer. Tolle Raumaufteilung, sehr sauber, schöne Aussischt. Auch Ski-Set konnte man sich vor Ort zu fairen Preisen ausleihen. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder."

"This hotel offers such a high level of quality and service. Staff are so kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant two evenings and enjoyed fine dining on both. Swimming pool, sauna and jakuzzi are so heavenly to relax after a ski-day. Fireplace is awesome with real wood. We will definitely come back. "
