    CHILDREN

    A house by a family for families. Leave behind what usually fills half your trunk: crib, high chair, children's dishes, and baby monitor are all provided. The playroom offers games for all ages and Netflix for kids. Outlets, windows, and stairs are secured.



    GARDEN AND TERRACE

    The garden is all yours, with your own lawn and mountain views. The terrace features a grill and a second dining table under a sunshade. The playground is right in front, so your children stay in sight. In the evening, enjoy a campfire.



    WELLNESS

    Barrel sauna and whirlpool are in the garden. Enjoy nature views through the sauna’s panoramic window; the whirlpool is heated to 38°C. Downstairs, relax in the salt room with an illuminated salt wall, plus a second wellness room. No set times, no other guests.



    SLEEPING AND BATHROOMS

    Sleep in four bedrooms: two with double beds, two with singles. Blackout curtains let you sleep in. Beds are made, and towel sets are ready for everyone. Three bathrooms, one with a whirlpool tub—no morning waits.



    KITCHEN AND LIVING

    The kitchen is separate—close the door and keep cooking smells contained. Fully equipped, including spices, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Eight can dine and relax together by the wood-burning fireplace.



    LOCATION

    At 700 meters on the edge of the forest. The Rothaarsteig trail runs through town; bakery is 450 meters away. Ten minutes by car to Kahler Asten and Bikepark Winterberg.
