From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony.Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living area and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine and a complete kitchen inventory.Bedroom: Upstairs, the bedroom is furnished with one double bed and two single beds and offers a peaceful setting with a quiet view.Bathroom: The bathroom on the lower level is equipped with a shower, toilet, and bathroom cabinet.Balcony: The 8 m² southeast-facing balcony offers sunshine until late morning and lovely views over Winterberg.Sauna and laundry facilities: In the basement, guests can use the shared sauna privately, free of charge, as well as the washing machine and dryer.
