Welcome to the Sunrise, we're happy to have you here! the Sunrise is a beautiful fully renovated house. New kitchen, New Floor, Fixtures and ceiling fans. Excellent Wifi, 4 smart TVs. Excellent location, Five minutes away from Wake Forest University, 10 minutes away from Reynolda Garden/House, about 12 minutes away from Down Town. Shopping including grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants are all a quick 1 minute away. A home away from home!!

Family, grandparents, baby, uncle, aunt stayed here for a few days while looking for houses to buy. It was an excellent relaxing safe quiet clean retreat after long busy stressful days of house hunting! Has everything you need! The porch kitchen and living room provided an excellent peacful place for family to relax and enjoy eachothers company. We loved our stay here! Thank you!

We came here for a family wedding. The property was very comfortable for all of us to stay plus our dog. I would recommend the property owner provide garbage bags for the kitchen.

This is house is amazing, it was perfect. Initially, it was supposed to be for just four ladies we ended up growing to eight ladies. This house was ample space and had everything we needed. The host Lina was responsive and quite accommodating when an early arrival was needed. I meet up with my friends annually in this area, we will definitely book this property again. It has all the comforts of home.

Cute place, great location

We had a really nice stay! It’s a great location close to Wake Forest (about 6 minutes) in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to grocery stores and a target and not too far from downtown. The weather was great and we really enjoyed eating on the back deck and hanging out on the front porch. The house had everything we needed with plenty of linens, cleaning supplies and paper products. A few more trash bags were the only missing item. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable (the ones we used). Great place for a family weekend and another great visit to see our student at Wake Forest. Lina made check-in and check-out really easy! We’ll definitely be back.

Overall, I would recommend staying here. Loved the front porch and the house has good space. Know that you should plan to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, washing pods, dishwashing soap, etc. The kitchen could also use a wine opener, wine glasses, a cookie sheet, etc.

Great Place to Stay in Winston-Salem

We traveled through Winston with two dogs en route to a beach vacation. Although we only overnighted here, the house would be quite comfortable for longer stays. The property is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood with very little traffic, located within minutes of downtown. The interior was spotlessly clean and appeared recently remodeled, with relatively new appliances and fixtures. There were many thoughtful touches, such are generous linens, bath products, etc. There was also a large backyard, fenced on both sides, perfect for those traveling with dogs. The homeowner was easy to communicate with. We would gladly stay here again.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a wedding we attended nearby. The home seemed to be recently remodeled and is just as described. The kitchen had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the nice big wrap around couch in the living room and the big front porch. There was plenty of seating available. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood. There’s a coffee pot available but if a Keurig is important to you, you’ll want to bring your own. We brought additional trash bags, paper products, and toilet paper. There’s a stackable washer/dryer in the kitchen. I brought laundry pods to wash towels & washcloths. Beds were low to the floor and sinks were high which was a little awkward but we managed. The bathroom in the master bedroom is tiny but the one in the hall was nice and spacious. There’s a walk in shower in this bathroom with two sinks, but no linen closet so all of the towels and washcloths are located in the master bedroom closet next to the bathroom. Ceiling fans were located in the two rooms with king size beds but there were no fans in the other two rooms so you may want to bring your own. There’s a Target and various restaurants nearby. Overall, this was a great place for a weekend stay and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Everything in the house was clean and in good condition. Rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals.
