Spark had very clean rooms. I'm picky I check everything mattress, fridge and bathroom all over. Excellent cleaning. I was very happy with breakfast. They have a nice salt water pool. My only complaint was that we only had an outlet on one side of our king size bed. Other than that quiet and clean. Front desk was super helpful with restaurants and attractions. They were amazing

Loved how easy it was to check in and out. Beds were very comfortable. Shower tub was a little rickety and seemed like an insert, but the abundance of hot water made up for it. We had three showers in the room one after another, and no issues with the hot water. AMEN!

The room was perfect for our 3-day stay. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not try the buffet this time, choosing to sleep instead. There are plenty of parking spaces. We would definitely consider staying again when in Winston-Salem.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful in getting me in a room close to the office, due to my health issues. Noah, and sean really went beyond what other members at other hotels do to make sure customers are comfortable and feel welcome.

The mini fridge wasn’t working, but the staff immediately replaced it with a new one. The toilet got clogged after just one use. I’m not sure if it was already clogged before we arrived, but by the time we noticed it, it was too late to request maintenance.

This was absolutely the cleanest hotel ever. The two employees working when we checked in, which was late, were young but they were fantastic. They actually appeared to enjoy their job. A bonus now days. I would highly recommend Hilton Spark.
