About this property

Fisherman themed cabin in our little woodland village - pond and playground

  • This cute little cabin sits down in a wooded holler near Winslow, AR, is 10 minutes from Devils Den State Park, and just 25 minutes from Fayetteville. Enjoy the quiet, peaceful woods with the amenities of a "tiny home" style cabin. BBQ grill, firepit, and picnic table at each cabin. Perfect for a quiet getaway for 1, 2 or the whole family. Great for a Razorback sports events and more. The front porch rocker has a beautiful view. The pond is fun for fishing, riding the "peddle boat" or a kayak. The playground is waiting for the kiddos. There are 6 cabins available so share with your family and friends and have a great gathering for the weekend. The cabin has WIFI, is stocked with linens, dishes, a smart TV & DVD player. You can easily get a data signal on your phone.
    Our new road to the cabins is a dirt/gravel road but 4-wheel drive is NOT required.
    1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 large loft with a queen bed, a sofa and a carpeted small loft that is great for sleeping bags.

Please be packed and checked out by 12 noon so that we can prepare the cabin for the next guest. Please leave your used towels in the shower and the sheets and bedding on the beds.
Make sure all windows are closed, lights are off. Set AC/Heat as instructed in the note on the wall. Please do NOT turn off the air unit.
Please take your garbage to the dumpster at the top of the hill. We hope this is just one of your many visits!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
