  • City of Winnipeg bylaw only allows 4 adults max in this unit.if you exceed the number of adults allowed you will be evicted. Gorgeous corner unit overlooking the city from the 16th floor. Two king-size beds will make this the perfect stay. Modern furniture, industrial building in the heart of downtown. Across from the Winnipeg Jets and concert. Kitchen has everything you need, laundry is included and Wi-Fi. Amazing view a must stay. This building does not allow any extra guests. The City bylaw needs to be followed, which is maximum of 4 adults in this unit failure to adhere to this rule rollover result in eviction early check-in is available on a first come first serve basis 12 PM check-in is $75, 1 PM. Check-in is $60 and 2 PM check-in is $50. If you ask on the same day there is an extra $10 charge. We also offer a late check out based on first come first served 1 PM checkout is $35, 2 PM. Checkout is $50 and it’s only based on availability Ideas required in order to book. Please send a screenshot of your ID through the chat. Once you have booked no entrance will be allowed until we receive the screenshot of the ID. We do not allow cats at all. Do not even ask we have zero tolerance for parties, reckless behavior, disturbing the neighbours and mistreatment of Security. If any of the above are done, we will evict and there is no refund people live in this building. You need to respect the neighbours and keep the noise to a respectable level. The view on the 16th floor was nive and we were treated with a couple nice sunsets. The area around the condo is a bit sketchy and most restaurants are closed in the mornings and throughout the day on weekends. Grocery stores are few, but there is a “Giant Tiger” store that has some fresh and frozen foods, including fruit. There are a lot of rules and threats about the # of people and noise which basically makes you feel unwelcomed. I received an email from Expedia/VRBO listing instructions to get in, but the owners wouldn’t provide that information. I contacted yes them multiple times prior to check in but was ignored. They finally gave instructions (including the unit number) only about 2 hours prior to checkin. Considering we were flying in from a different city, not knowing where we were staying was a bit stressful, so I would say communication was the worst amongst all of our various types of stays. The bathrooms were very dark as the light bulbs were broken. The owners said they were “planning” to replace the fixtures as they keep blowing the bulbs, but that didn’t help us. One bedroom door was broken (off the sliding rail) which was fixed a day later. Overall the common areas of the building was filthy and smelled either of garbage or weed.

Super location

Great spot downtown if attending something at the Canada Life centre. Lots of restaurants close by. 16th floor was nice and quiet and has great views. Nice modern decor and comfy beds. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent downtown stay

Rental is as advertised. If you want to be close to the action for jets games or concerts, this is the one. Great for 2 couples staying, as there are 2 bathrooms to offer some extra privacy. Some general aaesthetic maintenance needed in the space but nothing affecting our stay.

Perfect location

This apartment was in a great location. Overall an awesome place to stay if you’re visiting Winnipeg. We could walk to our concert at Canada Life Center and many restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful views from the apartment. Bedrooms are a bit crammed but comfortable beds were great. Note- you can get a parking pass for the garage, ahead of time, which would save some money if we knew this ahead of time.

Fun place to stay for a different experience

The apartment was clean and the communication was great. Highly suggest the parking pass to make your life easier. Some of the neighborhood is not good but just be aware and don't travel alone. Fun experience to be so high up and have some great views.

Great location

Overall very good. No cable TV (That I could find) and no paper towel or napkins. Couch in living room is hard to sit in but it wasn’t awful. Bed was amazing. Carley was amazing to deal with. Recommend booking a parking pass in advance. Just paying the parkade fee is double.

Great location

We have never been to Canada before, so road tripped to Winnipeg. It's a great downtown location. Easy walk to McDermot Street to eat and hang out. The homeless people didn't bother us, except for 1 drunk one. Great view on the 16th floor. We will be be back again. Only thing we didn't like is you don't get your check in instructions until right before 4 pm. But it turned out ok.

Beautiful view

It was a quick stay and the accommodations were pretty good but I was very disappointed we couldn’t access the deck because the northern lights were out and I had to go to the roof with a ton of people rather than enjoy the private deck I paid for. 😢

Super Unit in great location

Colleague and I were in for a week on business, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with great balcony and 16th floor view of the north end. Unit clean and mostly well equipped. 1 block from Portage & Canada Life Center. Parking arcade next door; secure building. Minor concerns: no napkins or paper towels, only a keurig coffee maker, was not able to access most tv channels. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo is beautiful. Floor to ceiling windows and balcony are really neat. This VRBO could be truly incredible with a bit more thought and small touches from the host. It felt dirty, things weren’t well cleaned, the kitchen wasn’t stocked with nice, basic necessities, just the small touches that set something apart didn’t exist. It still suited us well for our stay, but could be even better with a little thoughtfulness.

Could be a Gem

Location was good. The bed was comfortable. It is modern and has a large balcony with scenic views. The apartment basics were fine, except a few things needed to be fixed or addressed. It must have been a bad day for the cleaning team prior to our arrival, because the floor was not properly vacuumed and the floor to ceiling windows, the key feature for this 16th floor condo, were very dirty and smeared. Lighting was inadequate, especially in the front bedroom. Shower head slider knobs in both bathrooms were broken. Owner was quick to send a cleaner back over, however the shower issue was never resolved. We had a very nice time in Winnipeg…don’t miss Assiniboine Park and the Forks Market.

Great view but showers broken

The property is nice, not gonna lie. Great view, decent space. But the first night, everyone wants to shower up and head to bed, we can’t. The showers are broken. The shower heads don’t stay up, and the one shower, doesn’t turn on. The property manager stated this was due to the cheap components installed and it’s not their fault. Add to this a couple of burned out lights they”couldn’t” replace, and it’s not worth the money. For the price we paid, I expect everything to work. Instead we get comments about the building maintenance and there’s nothing they can do about it. Sad. And a rip-off.

Group of for women stayed

We were in town for two nights going to Ichiban Hibachi & Sushi. We could and did walk from the condo to Ichiban. I had tried to find two bedroom hotels with little luck. This space was reasonably priced and held 4 people (two per bed/bedroom). For checkin they send you a code to use at the front entry. From the ramp we found it hard to find the “front door” but once we did find it, getting in and out was easy enough with the possible exception that the building door code says can only be used once and they only gave us one fob to enter the building. We were always together so it worked, you’d have to get more fobs if people wanted to come and go at different times. We were told by tablemates at dinner the condo was almost surrounded by questionable areas, and we did see that even on short morning outings via walking. In addition to Ichibans being close, Browns Socialhouse was also connected. Everywhere else we ubered or drove to.

The views were extraordinary. The lounge room was comfortable after a long day exploring the sights. The bedroom (1 of 2) was also very well appointed, although a little difficult to navigate getting to the bathroom with the large bed. The kitchen had everything we needed although we tended to eat out more than cook for ourselves. Parking was also in a secure area so we had no problem leaving the car and walking to the elevator to get to the apartment. Overall the apartment is highly recommended.
