"My only disappointment was the lack of early check-in. When I called day before to request it, they said could not guarantee it but it was likely. Regular check-in is at 4, I was hoping for 1:00 and was happy to pay for it. Well at 1 they said it had been cleaned but were waiting for the room inspection. Same exact story at 2, except they said it would be just a few more minutes. Same story at 3. Finally we were able to get in at 3:15... So not major complaint but why I didn't give it 5 stars. I would've done 4.5 but not offered on the survey. Note, the biggest reason we wanted in was to put some milk, that was in a cooler in the car but wasn't very cold anymore, in the refrigerator."

"We've been coming to this place once a year for the past few years. It is always impeccably cleaned and well maintained. Really stands above other hotels. I recognized the desk attendant from last year when I arrived. That also shows me they know how to keep their staff. Also -- a salt-water indoor pool? Are you kidding me? Amazing!!!"
