"Check in was very slow and there were several staff but the one helping me answering the phone which made the process even longer. No coffee the two times I tried to get it in the lobby. One time being at breakfast. Body wash dispenser was broken in the shower- but not something you notice until you need it. Beds were comfortable but the walls are thin and the stay was very noisy. Never again - especially at the price we paid. "

"The high reviews are either fake or over inflated. The entire hotel is filthy, the hallways have holes under the carpet that you can feel while walking and stains EVERYWHERE. The room was no better, layers of what looks like grease, oil, body liquids, and dirt on the walls, stains on all the furniture and fabrics, carpet held in place by staples that are sticking out and can cut you. My 6 year old even found a partially empty bottle of Jack Daniel's in the pull out couch. Not only will I never be using this hotel again, I'd never recommend it to anyone and honestly I'd suggest it get a thorough inspection. I've stayed at a LOT of hotels all over the country, this was by far the worst."
